[Travelers] 01-01 The Lonely Child

The files at the Orphanage didn’t tell much about Robert’s real family. He knew he had been taken by the social workers when he was a toddler but the reason wasn’t explained. He had lived in quite a few orphanages for a while until he was 18 and able to live his own life.

Of course he was curious about his real family, but he had other priorities. Robert worked hard to save money because his biggest dream was to get a degree in a University. The government gave him a little bonus to start his life and he had enough to attend SIM University.

First, he went to the local library. Bert had been living in Twinbrook since he was 12. It wasn't easy to live in an orphanage. It was full of other kids, but he felt alone most of the time. He didn't make any friends in town and that's why he was eager to move away.

He took the aptitude test there. Technology seemed to be the best option for him. He was a little eccentric and he had some crazy ideas about building robots. That was the perfect start for him.

He took a deep breath and enrolled in the University. He was very excited to begin his very first big adventure!

He didn't have many things to take and the trip was pleasant. The dormitory was full of students just like him, that couldn't pay a rent and were eager to start their business.

He attended the "Meet-And-Greet" event at the Student Union. He got to know the rules and tried to meet new people.

That free candy bar that wasn't good at all. He shouldn't have tried it.

While in the restroom, he received an invitation for a party.

"How come this guy has my number?" He wondered, but he was happy to be invited for something.

The party wasn't a big deal. Some folks tried to convince him to whoohoo with a stranger and get super juiced. He wasn't into those things. He worked hard to be in University and he wouldn't throw it away on the first day by being so reckless.

The next day started earlier than Bert imagined.

One of his rommates found a thief trying to break into the house. Derek Khan was there to pursue a degree in fine arts and he shared a room with Bert that term. It seemed that he was also goot at fighting.

Bert made fun of the thief who ran away quickly. She was lucky because the police wasn't able to arrive in time. He congratulated Derek and started preparing himself for the first day. He tried to take a nap, but waking up so early had consequences later.

Mondays and Wednesdays were extremely busy days with three classes in a row. His first classes were very tiring since he was extremely sleepy.

"Thanks for attending my party, Bert. I see we're going to be classmates this term. My name's Ludo Vicco, as you may already know".

It was strange to be known by other people, after all, He didn't have many friends in Twinbrook.

Life in the campus was hectic. Sometimes it was overwhelming. Robert was there to study and he would try to focus on that. The following days were filled with books and classes.

He also tried his best to get to know new people and help his roommates.

He was even able to be kown by the Nerd social group. They gave him a video game, but he sold it. He preferred to use his tablet.

On the day of the finals, he had to help to stop a fire in the kitchen. Luckily, he managed to arrive on time. He tried hard and nailed all the tests.

He passed with a B, alhtough more was expected. He would go back to Twinbrook for a short vacation and come back next term.

The Smugglers - Part 2

Everyone in Cyrodiil knew Fenris as a lady's man. Neither Glenn nor Rohan expected that he would hit if off  with their mare instead of the elven ladies in Dragon Valley.

He took care of Artemis early that morning and, after that, they explored the nearby woods until it was time for lunch.

He needed some practice, though. He hadn't ridden a horse for a long while.

At the end of the morning, Fenris was much more confident. After lunch, he headed to the local Equestrian center in order to attend a class and get even better at it.

Meanwhile, Glenn was focused on sculpting.

And Rohan was trying to keep in touch with Majella.

"We could go to the bookstore tonight. Let's have another date!"

Majella wasn't really interested in going out that day, so, Rohan spent some time practicing his magical abilities.

He headed to the local Mages Guild to cut the gems and sell what he could.

He also hit the books and spent the rest of the day researching alchemy.

A few days passed and it was finally Leisure day. Glenn and Fenris went to the park.

Glenn was trying to get better at fishing.

Fenris was into archery. He had been thinking of joining the local Thieves Guild and it would be good if he improved his physical fitness.

Rohan was more interested in his quest to Majella's bed heart. They met at a local pub where they shared some time together...

... and some kisses.

Fenris was also in the mood for romance and decided to go to the other tavern in town.

The place was a little busier than where Rohan and Majella were.

He met this elven lady, Emma Delaney. She was a little boring. She talked about her father and garden all the time. He said goodbye and left as soon as he finished another drink.

Meanwhile, Rohan and Majella were having a great time.

"Why don't we go somewhere to relax?" Rohan was irresistibly charming.

"My house is just across from here." Majella said with a wink.

Majella had some of her roommates around but it didn't stop them to have a moment by themselves.

And Rohan did it!
