The Smugglers - Part 2

Everyone in Cyrodiil knew Fenris as a lady's man. Neither Glenn nor Rohan expected that he would hit if off  with their mare instead of the elven ladies in Dragon Valley.

He took care of Artemis early that morning and, after that, they explored the nearby woods until it was time for lunch.

He needed some practice, though. He hadn't ridden a horse for a long while.

At the end of the morning, Fenris was much more confident. After lunch, he headed to the local Equestrian center in order to attend a class and get even better at it.

Meanwhile, Glenn was focused on sculpting.

And Rohan was trying to keep in touch with Majella.

"We could go to the bookstore tonight. Let's have another date!"

Majella wasn't really interested in going out that day, so, Rohan spent some time practicing his magical abilities.

He headed to the local Mages Guild to cut the gems and sell what he could.

He also hit the books and spent the rest of the day researching alchemy.

A few days passed and it was finally Leisure day. Glenn and Fenris went to the park.

Glenn was trying to get better at fishing.

Fenris was into archery. He had been thinking of joining the local Thieves Guild and it would be good if he improved his physical fitness.

Rohan was more interested in his quest to Majella's bed heart. They met at a local pub where they shared some time together...

... and some kisses.

Fenris was also in the mood for romance and decided to go to the other tavern in town.

The place was a little busier than where Rohan and Majella were.

He met this elven lady, Emma Delaney. She was a little boring. She talked about her father and garden all the time. He said goodbye and left as soon as he finished another drink.

Meanwhile, Rohan and Majella were having a great time.

"Why don't we go somewhere to relax?" Rohan was irresistibly charming.

"My house is just across from here." Majella said with a wink.

Majella had some of her roommates around but it didn't stop them to have a moment by themselves.

And Rohan did it!

[Travelers] 01-06 Back to Twinbrook

The sun was cutting through the fog and heating everything up when Joe and his family arrived in town. However, before moving, they had called the real state agency to prepare the house for them. Instead of living in that old house in the middle of the lot, they bulldozed that eyesore and rebuilt a home very similar to the one they had in Sunset Valley.

Joe and Avery were delighted to be back. “Anywhere is home as long as we’re together, Joe.” Avery confessed that morning. “Why don’t we go out? We should meet our old friends.”

They went to the main park but ended up in the library. They had a lot to do because Shane’s birthday was near and they wanted to set up something nice for the little one. After all, they had a swimming pool and a nice yard.

Avery finished reading the last children book to Shane. The party started when it was getting dark. They invited a few acquaintances and rented a few chairs and tables. Avery prepared hamburgers and Joe bought the cake.

It would have been perfect if it hadn’t rained... a lot.

Shane and Tristan had to wake up early and get ready for school. “It’s a great day today, little bro. I’m happy I won’t be at school alone anymore.”

In fact, they would never be alone anymore as Avery took them to school in order to apply for a job as a Playground Monitor. Joe could become the new stay-at-home dad and pursue more knowledge in painting while Avery could have a job and keep an eye on the boys.

Joe was relieved when he finally finished the painting he had started when Shane was a little baby. He left the journalism behind and he would get his money as a painter from now on.

As a matter of fact, Joe made more money than Avery.

He could also be a better father. Tristan was always amazed by the stories he read to him. Unfortunately, the boys couldn’t enjoy the swimming pool that much. It was getting cold as autumn was approaching once more, not only the season, but also Tristan’s birthday.

They went to the same club where Joe and Avery got married. They would have enjoyed some cake and the games there, but there was some sort of incident and their night ended at the Bistro.

Tristan wasn’t lucky enough on his third birthday. He also witnessed Pat’s aging. There was something odd in this doll, he was sure about that. Nevertheless, he was happy to have his old friend around.

Kezune’s legacy was getting bigger and bigger. He found the skeleton of an ancestral sim and a stone hydrant. Scientists and archaeologists were really interested in his skill to find so many fossils and special things. Joe let them be jealous, after all, he was his dog and he was proud of him.

The Smugglers - Part 1

"Crime doesn't pay." That's what Fenris's mother used to tell him when he was a child in Riverwood. When he moved to Cyrodiil, opportunities weren't easy and joining the local crime syndicate was the best solution. At least, crime paid his mother's debts.

Fenris used to work with the Dunbarrow Gang in the city of Anvil. He was promoted fast and soon he was a very important member of the crew. Things changed because of the envy of one of his accomplices. He was caught trying to smuggle goods across the Hammerfell border. He was quite notorious and the Anvil City Police sent him to the Imperial City to face the court.

That's when his friends, Glenn and Rohan, decided to do something. They ambushed the prisioner transport van on the road to Skingrad and the three escaped across the Valenwood border. They headed south until they reached the city of Dragon Valley. That would be a great place to start a new life.

They bought a small house by the river. The place didn't offer much but it had potencial. Their first day was very busy. The house was a mess!

Trash and rats were everywhere!

"Seriously, a pig must've lived in this place! Look at this!" You could hear Rohan speaking loudly in a very annoyed tone. "We need to check if the sinks are working... what if they flood the house!"

They spent the whole day cleaning and setting up the furniture. At night, they went to the local diner to have something to eat. They were also concerned over their financial situation. They needed some extra cash.

"I bet Fenris can get something cool tonight."

Rohan was very excited to steal from the local Art museum. However, the security system was very high and they decided to try somewhere else.

At least they got 215 simoleons that night.

The following day started with some panic in the kitchen. Glenn forgot the waffles he was preparing in the stove. At least, Fenris and Rohan could help out.

Glenn wasn't good at cooking. Perhaps taking care of a horse would be a better task for him. He adopted their first horse. It was an old mare which was named Artemis. Glenn was her owner, but she was much more friendlier towards Fenris.

That was fun to make a new friend! He missed the horse he left in Cyrodiil... However, he didn't have much time for that. There was work to do that night.

Rohan blessed him with a good luck charm. Their target was the museum and Fenris would have to discover a way to pass their security system.

After stealing a sculpture outside, he headed inside for the paintings.

"Oh, very good!" He could hear Rohan saying. "Why did you steal the light?"

"Watch and learn" Fenris whispers.

He walked toward the next painting and voila! They got two expensive pieces of art and a light.

"Now, I understand" Rohan started talking to him. "You stole the light to be used with the painting you were targeting. That's very sweet. But we need to buy beds. Let's sell both, shall we?"

That was a profitable night and they got 1.800 simoleons.

That was their third day in Dragon Valley. Rohan decided to make some money using his magical abilities.

However, sometimes, it didn't work well...

Glenn was focused on his chores. He learned handiness, sculpting and took care of Artemis. He ended the day by the river, trying to learn how to fish by himself.

Fenris had gone to the local gym before joining Rohan at the Art Museum for some Sculpting classes. They created the same thing.

At night, Fenris spent some time with their mare.

While Rohan spent some time at the museum getting to know an elven maiden called Majella Shanahan.

"I can't believe! You're a Sagittarius and I'm a Libra! That's a great combitation... Let's eat something. I can't stand that baby crying."

They had dinner at the Bistro and finished the night at a local louge called Dragon Tavern. Fenris decided to have a drink there, too.

While Rohan was talking to Majella, Fenris went outside and stole a bench. The darkness helped him to hide his act.

Rohan bought a drink for Majella. She was a very nice gal and he was much more interested in taking her to a more comfortable place. Unfortunately, their house didn't offer a place for that.

Majella was single, of course. However, it was difficult for her to say if it was the drink or Rohan's charms.

Rohan stole something that night as well.
