Joe used to live in Appaloosa Plains as a press photographer. He had problems with the local criminal organization after taking some hot shots. He ran away and ended up in Twinbrook where he met his partner Avery. They decided to adopt two local orphans: Tristan and Shane. After Avery's death, Joe accepted to move to Riverview where he lives with his sister Kirsten.

Trivia

Joe is named after a character from Stephen King's novel "Under The Dome".
Joe was born in game and his name was Jack Johnson. I scraped that neighborhood but kept the sim.
I wasn't expecting that Joe would become a special character.
His sister Kirsten was created a long time ago when I first played Riverview. I decided to add her to his family tree in order to link my Eberhart family to the story.
